(1) Se admiten: Para españoles: DNI, pasaporte o permiso de conducir. Para extranjeros: pasaporte, carta o documento de identidad (para ciudadanos de la Unión Europea, Andorra, Islandia, Suiza, Noruega, Malta, Mónaco y San Marino). Permiso de residencia español en vigor para los extranjeros residentes en España.

Se cumplimentará: D = DNI, P = pasaporte, C = permiso de conducir, I = carta o documento de identidad, N = permiso de residencia español, X = permiso de residencia de otro Estado miembro de la Unión Europea.

(2) F = sexo femenino, M = sexo masculino. (3) En el formato AAAAMMDD, al menos se cumplimentará el año de nacimiento. El mes y el día si se desconocen irán como 0000. (4) nombre del país de nacionalidad. (5) En el formato AAAAMMDD.

La recogida y tratamiento se hará de acuerdo con la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de datos de carácter personal y al amparo de lo dispuesto en el artículo 25 de la Ley Orgánica 4/2015, de 30 de marzo, de protección de la seguridad ciudadana.

Service for Hotel Establishments

This service is restricted to Hotel Establishments and prior registration is therefore required.

If you have an electronic certificate, click . For such a purpose you should have a certificate issued by Izenpe, an Electronic ID card, the FNMT,  Camerfirma or Uanataca.

If you are not a registered user, you can access this service by filling in the Company Registration Application Form and the User Registration Application Form. If you do not have an electronic certificate, you can request access by clicking here.

You need to first fill in the details of the applicant in this form and then indicate 'Registration' in the 'Type of Operation' section.

Please choose 'Company' or 'Individual' in the 'Type of Entity' field according to who will be the requested user or users accessing the service. Depending on what you have selected, you should then fill in the other fields of the 'User Details' group.

Once you have filled in those fields, click the arrow pointing to the right and the requested user will then be added to the 'Requested Operations' table.

You should repeat this operation for each registration application that you want to submit. Once all the users in question have been added, you should click the 'Request' button at the bottom right of the screen.

If you want to remove an authorised user, please access the Removal Request and proceed in the same way as for the Registration Application, but indicate 'Remove' in the 'Type of Operation' field. If you do not have the certificate, you can ask for the user to be removed by clicking here.

If you have any problem accessing the certificate to the application or it will give an error click here.

Service for vehicle hire Companies

This service is restricted to vehicle hire companies and prior registration is therefore required.

Click here if you are a registered user.

If your are not a registered user you may request access to this service by completing the Registration request Form. For such a purpose you should have a certificate issued by Izenpe, an Electronic ID card , the FNMT, Camerfirma or Uanataca.

On the form, you must first enter applicant's details and then select 'Register' in the section marked 'Type of opertation'.

You must select 'Company' or 'Individual' in the 'Entity type' field according to whom you are requesting access for. After you make your selection, you must then complet the remaining fields in the 'User detais' group.

Once you have filled out these fields,click on the arrow pointing to the right to include the requested user in the Requested operations box.

Repeat this process as many times as required, one for each registration request you wish to submit. Once all details have been entered for all required users, click on the button 'Request' located at the bottom right.

To request cancellation of the registration of an authorised user please access the Registration Cancellation Request form. Select Cancel registration in the field labelled Type of opertation and follow the same steps as in the Registration Application process.
