Results satisfaction survey

    It comprises those victims whose DV/GV case was opened the month before the survey. In this case, they measure the level of satisfaction of the victim with the first steps taken by the Ertzaintza from the time that the domestic violence is detected until the case is heard in first instance: telephone support, emergency support, help with filing for and processing a Protection Order, having the complaint recorded, treatment by the ertzaintza officers, atmosphere at the police station, solution provided to dependants, etc.

    Results:

     

    These data are presented on a 0-10 scale. The goal is 8.5.

     

     

    It comprises those DV/GV victims whose case has been open for at least 6 months. In this case, they measure the level of satisfaction of the victim with regard to the monitoring of their case by the Ertzaintza: assistance received from the staff in charge of the case, guidance and protection received, etc.
