The Ertzaintza seeks a high level of recognition for their promotion of public ethics and respect for human rights.

Using their Model as a basis, they will continue working to improve their daily activity and will consolidate an approach to leadership which encourages the growth of people, promotes a high level of autonomy and fosters day-to-day participation.

They will continue to work closely with society on the suitability and efficiency of their services with regard to security as well as assistance, promoting closeness in their rendering.
